Refund Policy

Cancellation before 72 hours – 100% refund (No charge)

·       Cancellation before 48 hours – 75% refund (25% charge)

·       Cancellation before 24 hours – 50% refund (50% charge)

·       Cancellation less than 24 hours – No Show & Non-Refundable (100% charge)

·       Cancellation from our side due to technical snag / weather / ATC Permission – the company will either reschedule or refund the amount within 10 – 15 working days

Not allowed for participants with serious back/knee problems or recovering from surgery.
Not allowed for participants with serious heart-related conditions.
Not allowed for pregnant women who are more than 3 months pregnant.
Not allowed for participants with physical disabilities or impairments.
Not recommended for participants with Phobia of heights or flying.
Minimum allowed age is 5 years.
Maximum allowed age is 70 years.
Maximum weight for any passenger is 120kgs (there will be an extra ticket charge if the weight limit is exceeded).

Inability to turn up in the assigned area for an activity by the specified takeoff time will be viewed as a last-minute cancellation and we claim the right to deny refund requests in such cases.
