Refund Policy

Refunds may not be handled or processed after the purchase of timed tickets. Every one of the refunds of any transaction’s sum against any purchase through this site would be refunded to the original mode of payment.
For different activities the underneath table would be used:

• Refunds processed whenever will bear a service charge of AED 10 for each transaction.
• Cancellations made seven calendar days before the visit date – Refund: 100% of the booking amount.
• Cancellations made 5 – 7 days before the tour date – Refund: 100% of the booking amount.
• Cancellations made 48 hours before the pickup time – Refund: 100% of the booking amount.
• Cancellations made under 48 hours before the visit date – No Refund or 50% Refund (depending on the time).
• Changes or amendments to your tour package inside 05 days before the date of arrival: No Additional Charges.

Important note:

• You should reserve your booking at least 48 hours before the initiation of the activity.
• All payments would need to be made in full at the time of making the booking and we save the rights cancel the booking if the full payment has not been received to us 48 hours before the initiation of the activity.
• Trip cancellation or amendments should be informed to Clifton Tours within 24 hours, otherwise 100% cancellation charges may apply.
• We don’t charge any payment for children under 3 years of age. Children above 3 years of age will be charged the same amount as an adult.
• We acknowledge Visa and MasterCard payments on the site. Cash payment on the pickup time + Bank Transfer or Deposit is also accepted by Clifton Tours.
• Old people, tourists with health issues like heart problem & back problem, pregnant women, should avoid Dune Bashing or Desert Safari. In such cases, you may contact our tour agent, so that we can make some amendments in your tour package by excluding the dune bashing part and replacing it with some other fun activities that are safe for you and your health.

Tour Booking/Payment Confirmation Statement:

After the supply of payment, our team will get back to you with a payment + tour package confirmation email inside a time of 24 hours. This email can be conveyed as verification for the booking to us or our providers.

Inability to turn up in the assigned area for an activity by the specified takeoff time will be viewed as a last-minute cancellation and we claim the right to deny refund requests in such cases.
